Tracey Kitzman is a litigation and corporate attorney with over two decades of experience spanning a broad range of both litigation and corporate representations.
As a litigator, Tracey has substantial experience representing clients in civil litigation in both federal and state court actions. She litigated on behalf of large local governments and Fortune 500 companies. She has also represented numerous companies and individuals in both offensive and defensive corporate litigation. Her work often spans from assisting clients with the initial analysis of a matter to negotiating a successful resolution.
As a corporate attorney, Tracey has spent much of her career advising businesses in transactional, regulatory and management matters. She has also enjoyed assisting a number of SMEs as outside counsel.
Tracey started her legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Diane P. Wood, Chief Judge of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She then practiced for many years at large law firms in both Chicago and New York before choosing to work in smaller firm settings.
Tracey is licensed to practice in New York, and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
