Maurice Hryshko is a corporate and transactional attorney specializing in structured PIPE financings, business acquisitions, workouts, and onshore and offshore investment fund formation and compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hryshko spent eleven years as in-house counsel at two hedge funds, where he was responsible for structuring PIPE investments, investment workouts and litigation, forming and preparing offering documents for onshore and offshore funds, and fund governance and compliance.

Mr. Hryshko received his law degree from Rutgers University. He received his bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Rochester and Bard College.
