Douglas Weiner has nearly forty years of experience in civil litigation.  Currently he is defending a large business enterprise in litigation filed by the United States Department of Labor. 

 

From May 2008 through May 2013 he was employed by Epstein, Becker & Green P.C. where he defended clients in civil litigation and provided compliance assistance to business entities in employment matters.

 

From May 1978 through May 2008 he was employed by the United States Department of Labor as a Senior Trial Attorney where he handled a steady diet of federal litigation.  In 2004 he was awarded the Department’s highest commendation for litigation skills.  Additionally during the course of his career as a trial attorney Mr. Weiner was presented nine Exceptional Achievement Awards for accomplishments in securing excellent results in trial work.
