Dawn Stern is a real estate transactional attorney experienced in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, retail, office and industrial leasing, transaction due diligence and foreclosure compliance.  Ms. Stern started her legal career as an attorney in Philadelphia in the real estate department of Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, LLP, and later as an in-house counsel for a publicly traded real estate investment trust where she was responsible for managing the disposition and leasing of the company’s portfolio of properties nationwide.

Ms. Stern graduated from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, earning cum laude honors, and her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
