We regularly represent lenders and borrowers in many types of lending transactions, including senior secured facilities, factoring arrangements, subordinated debt financings, emergency bridge loans and equity-linked financings.  While we have substantial experience representing bank lenders, we also represent many non-bank lenders, such as private investment funds and corporate lenders.   Our lending practice integrates and leverages our expertise and experience in equity-related transactions to offer clients creative and practical solutions that achieve results that they may not otherwise obtain through a more traditional, inflexible approach to lending.
