We have an active and sophisticated practice in international and domestic arbitration. We have represented a wide range of clients in many forms of arbitration, including disputes under the International Chamber of Commerce and American Arbitration Association. We advise clients with respect to all aspects of the arbitration process, from negotiations in advance of formal proceedings, to the conduct of the arbitration hearing and judicial proceedings related to the enforcement of interim and final awards.
